Free Reshipment Policy
We offer free reshipment in following case:
- If the order gets stuck at the customs department of the destination country for more than 10 business days for any reason.
- If the order is damaged or broken, subject to sharing of the supporting image of the damaged/broken parcel as a proof within 72 hours of arrival from the customer.
- If the order is incomplete or altogether wrong order has been dispatched from our side subject to the sharing of supporting image of the arrived parcel within 72 hours of arrival from the customer.
- If the customer is unhappy with the product quality .
- In case of unclaimed order we offer complete refund or if you want reshipment it would incur extra shipping charge of $15.
- If incorrect address is given , we offer reshipment once to the corrected address and if it is still not correct then we would refund the complete amount.
- If customer uses any mail forwarding service for ordering we do not offer reshipment and refund.
We do not accept any return as per the laws of the sourcing destination in any case.
We offer complete refund in the following case
- If the order is not available in stock.
- If the order is not delivered within 21 business days from the date of purchase.

We do not offer refund in the following case
- If the delivery address is incorrect or the customer is not available to pickup or the customer refuses to accept the order for any reason.

Customer can cancel order within 24 hours from the date of purchase only. In such a case we refund the money in full.
We accept Bitcoin as a mode of payment. It can take upto 24 hours for the payment to get processed by our payment service provider after which the order is considered successful. We would inform the customer via email about the payment approval or decline. No refund can be provided for any transaction done by bitcoin
